Great pool & hot tub area, which was why we chose this hotel. Got what we stayed for, very nice. Room was clean, ac worked great, recliner was unexpected but a comfort.

Breakfast was more than we remembered or expected. We stay here every time we're in West Plains. Can't beat the bang for the buck!

We loved the pool and hot tub. It was very pleasant sitting and letting the children play. Loved the fans.. the staff was very accommodating. Will come back again. Breakfast had a nice variety throughout the week.

The young lady at the front desk was excellent. She helped us change the date for our stay with booking.com that I mistakenly hit the wrong date. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was good; liked the cutlery dispenser! Room was very comfortable, lots of space to stretch out, well lit, and the refrigerator worked perfectly (didn't use the microwave). Everything was clean and fresh. Off of the main roads so not a lot of traffic noise, which is nice.
